Jesse Palmer tasks the five bakers with crafting desserts that resemble Santa Claus, pushing their creativity to the limit. To clinch a spot in the final four, they must then whip up stunning cakes that mimic another quintessential North Pole feature: an igloo. The judges—Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Lorraine Pascale—will evaluate their creations to determine who advances to the next stage and who will be sent home.
